I suppose I captured here what is missing from most of the country. Now, the rain is coming down in torrents and wavy sheets discoing across the parking lot and into the trees. So much for the present day.
I lost your blog when I changed mine. I'm glad I've found you again. Cool cool rain! We've had far too much of it ourselves, but I can imagine it's quite welcome after a long hot spell x
As we say here 'Lashing rain' it has it's uses: for some it means they can't leave the pub (such a tragedy!) Others will see it as heaven sent as paths are swept clean, for me just a slight inconvenience it being one of the seven types of rain that regularly visit this island.
Hey friend, I had that rain as well. And somehow it's kind of nice to know that even far apart we are close enough to share the weather.
ReplyDeleteHere too, for the last two days and a bit. It's the most beautiful thing after a hot and much too dry summer.

ReplyDeleteAlthough I have to admit I really really don't like rain, a rain like that in our neck of the woods would be wonderful. No rain here since before May.
